  4. Writing: I’ll write the first draft and send it to you for approval
  5. Over to you: Now’s your chance to review and make any major changes, additions and suggestions. I strongly recommend reading the speech out loud to make sure it reflects your personality, style and tone and to weed out any awkward words or phrasing that may trip you up 

    We’ll repeat steps 4 and 5 as many times as required until you’re 100% happy with your speech.

  6. We’re done: When you’re completely happy, I’ll send you your final copy and you can start rehearsing.
